Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior to senior-level banking and finance associate attorney with 2-8 years of experience to support the structured finance securitization practice (non-mortgage). The candidate must have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending. Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience is required.

The candidate must have strong law school academic credentials.

The Southern California law office was launched twenty-seven years ago. The legal practice staffs forty-one seasoned attorneys. There are seven primary areas of practice. Disciplines consist of banking-finance, corporate-securities, government, environmental, litigation-dispute resolution, real estate, and taxation. Time and again, attorneys work alongside national teams in complex transactions and litigation matters.
