Litigation Associate Attorney

Woodland Hills office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation. The candidate will be handling written discovery, depositions, reviewing records, appearing at court hearings, and other matters. Will represent clients in court at law and motion/case management hearings. Will draft and review discovery responses. Attend depositions and court proceedings. Draft various motions, oppositions, and replies, including demurrers, discovery motions, and summary judgment motions. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. California Bar Admission essential. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Must have familiarity with civil proceedings, law and motions matters, depositions, and discovery.
