Mid-Level to Senior Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level to senior employee benefits and executive compensation associate attorney with 5 years of experience. The candidate will counsel clients on executive compensation matters in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions. Must have a solid background in Code Sections 280G and 409A, as well as experience drafting CD&As and compensation-related proxy proposals. Should preferably have experience in the design and implementation of executive incentive plans and agreements and employment, separation, and change in control agreements, as well as advising companies on the related disclosure obligations. Must be a member of the Bar in the United States.

The candidate must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
