Asset Management and Investment Funds Attorney

The candidate will assist clients with all aspects of their registered investment company businesses, including reviewing and updating registration statements and shareholder reports, commenting on disclosure matters, and advising on SEC staff guidance regarding the same. Should preferably have proficiency and direct prior experience working with Form N-1A, including preparing and reviewing mutual fund registration statements, prospectus supplements, shareholder reports, and similar. Experience reviewing mutual fund board materials and meeting minutes is preferred.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
