Junior Partner with 8+ years of experience in insurance defense matters

Buffalo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior partner with 8+ years of experience in insurance defense matters. The candidate will handle the assigned caseload both independently and with supervision. Will draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, etc. Perform extensive research. Maintain an excellent relationship with clients, including complying with all client guidelines. Ensure all deadlines are met. Accurately record and maintain billable hours. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion practice is essential. Federal Court experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York (PA, NJ, and/or CT admission is a plus). Should have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong and professional communication skills. Should have exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
