The candidate should preferably have experience handling all aspects of litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs including oppositions to class certification motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients, and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances. Must have knowledge of employment law, specifically wage-and-hour law including experience defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters. Must have Admission to practice law in New York.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required.
