Litigation Attorney

Henderson office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. Must have prior experience working in the area of personal injury. General litigation experience would also be a good consideration. The candidate will work with clients to recover damages for clients. Work with a paralegal to help clients in their cases to obtain the best outcome for the client. Litigate the clients case as necessary. Nevada Bar Membership is required.

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree. A Masters Degree or Ph.D. is preferred. Must have persuasive communication abilities when assisting clients, dealing with opposing counsels, and representing clients.
