Minneapolis office of our client seeks attorney with 3-5 years of employment law experience (in both advising and litigation roles) including: research, brief writing, preparation of pleadings, policy drafting, investigation of misconduct complaints, preparation of charge responses, and client advising. The candidate will be providing legal support and advice to the firm's business clients on employment and higher education matters. Will investigate reported incidents of workplace and student policy violations, including alleged sexual harassment and sexual misconduct on college and university campuses. Higher education experience would be ideal.

The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Their practice area includes litigation, real estate, employment, finance and mergers & acquisitions, and government lobbying.
