Mid-level Tax Associate Attorney

Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level tax associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will work on a variety of transactional tax matters, including corporate, partnership, M&A, joint ventures, real estate, cross-border and tax matters for non-profit organizations. Should have experience at a top law firm drafting substantive agreements and doing tax research and analysis across a variety of tax matters. Additional requirements include: strong organizational and writing skills, refined oral communication skills (both telephone and in-person), excellent academic credentials and a desire to excel in a large law firm environment.
