Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks personal injury attorney with 3+ years of experience handling personal injury cases or, alternatively, 2+ years of experience as a prosecutor or public defender. The ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, and have a passion for helping people. Will handle personal injury case files from start to finish. Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly. Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents. Maintain updated status documentation of all case files in the case management system. Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary. Providing legal support and guidance to clients. Finding ethical solutions to legal matters. Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers. Covering PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath. Otherwise handling case management from inception to completion. Staying informed about any current legislation and case law. Building trustworthy relationships with clients. Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions. Arguing motions and covering depositions. Marketing firm services in the community and as otherwise required. Must possess exceptional technology skills, including Microsoft Office, database, and internet research skills, and provide excellent client service. Spanish fluency is a plus. Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital. State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory. Florida licensed attorney in good standing with Florida Bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history essential.

The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials. Must have strong organization, administrative and communication skills. Must be a critical thinker, dependable, able to work at a fast pace, and a team player. Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued.
