Winnebago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a finance and business attorney with 3 years of experience in financing, refinancing, small business acquisitions, and tax matters. The candidate will work on cases in a variety of areas including representation in tribal governments in tribal, federal, or state courts, before federal and state legislative bodies or regulatory agencies, financing, refinancing, small business acquisitions, and tax matters, including experience with tax credit financing. Experience working with Indian law or tribal courts is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computer environments is preferred. Must have an active admission to any State Bar, with the ability to become licensed in Nebraska.

The candidate must have a J.D. from an ABA accredited Law School. Must have attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures. Must have ability to effectively interact, orally and in writing. Must be self-starter with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with a roll up your sleeves and team-oriented attitude. Must have exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities and adhering to strict deadlines. Must have first-rate academic credentials and references. Must have superior research, writing and analytical skills and technology-oriented. Must give a commitment to participating in the Firms marketing and public relations initiatives, including joining associations, securing leadership roles, and conducting webinars, seminars, and speaking engagements. Should have knowledge of tribal law enforcement policies and procedures.
