Duties:

• Work on sophisticated energy and infrastructure transactions, including project finance, tax equity structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients in developing, financing, and managing energy and infrastructure projects.
• Provide legal guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support strategic client decisions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a major law firm or similar setting.
• Proficiency in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
