Duties:

  • Work on sophisticated energy and infrastructure transactions, including project finance, tax equity structuring, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients in developing, financing, and managing energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Provide legal guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research to support strategic client decisions.

Requirements:
