Workers' Compensation/Insurance Defense Attorney

Myrtle Beach office of our client seeks a workers' compensation/insurance defense attorney with 1-3 years of experience in the Workers' Compensation field. The candidate will be consulting with Clients and conducting Hearings. Preparing and responding to motions. Preparing and responding to discovery. Adhering to the Firms Code of Ethics, company policies, and operating principles. Must have experience in drafting briefs and other legal documents. Must have experience conducting hearings and depositions. Must have experience in discovery. Must have South Carolina State license in good standing.
