Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks global franchise and supply network associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will be focusing on structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements, as well as counseling and dispute resolution, for domestic and international franchise, distribution and supply chain arrangements. Experience in domestic and international licensing or franchising is a plus. General corporate experience with an interest in global franchise and supply network will be considered.
