No-Fault Litigation Attorney

A law firm seeks a dedicated No-Fault Litigation Attorney to join its Uniondale, NY office. This position is suitable for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic legal environment. Duties

• Manage and oversee litigation files from inception to trial.
• Prepare legal motions and memorandums of law for various cases.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, and responses as required.
• Conduct file analyses and draft comprehensive reports on case status.
• Represent clients in court and arbitration settings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in no-fault or PIP defense.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent writing and analytical abilities for drafting legal documents.
• Proficient communication skills for effective client interaction and court appearances.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the New York Bar is required.
