The candidate must be Licensed to practice law in the State of New York. 8 years of experience practicing trusts and estates law is preferred. The ability to draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents with some exposure to those which incorporate estate and income tax planning, including irrevocable trusts, is a plus. Experience catering to and addressing the planning needs of high-net-worth clients is desired. Should preferably have experience administering probate estates.

The candidate should have demonstrated client relationship skills, including the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
