Junior to Senior-level Banking and Finance Associate Attorney

The candidate will support the structured finance securitization practice (non-mortgage). The candidate must have solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions and other structured finance transactions, such as warehouse financing and asset-based lending.

The candidate should have strong law school academic credentials.
