The candidate will assist clients in resolving the sensitive legal issues of divorce law, including child custody, visitation, child support, child abuse, domestic violence, alimony, spousal support, and division of retirement benefits. Will prepare legal documents such as legal pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases. Should be familiar with prenuptial agreements, parentage, paternity, and alimony; effectively engage in litigation, mediation, and negotiation in highly stressful and emotional situations. Must be Bar licensed and in good standing.
