Employment Law Managing Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment law managing associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will be working on high-profile complex employment litigation cases, systemic discrimination wage, and hour class actions, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting-edge legal matters. Will be working directly with corporate clients, managing complex cases, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances at important hearings, handling mediations, and other related work typically handled by mid-level associates. Must be a member of the California State Bar.

The candidate should have strong academic credentials and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Should be highly motivated and creative with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
