Intellectual Property Associate Attorney

Stamford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks intellectual property associate attorney with 5+ years law firm experience in the practice of trademark and copyright law. The candidate will serve in trademark searching, clearance, prosecution, office action responses, and maintenance of trademark portfolios. Will serve in matters in front of the TTAB - Opposition and Cancellation Proceedings. Handling and organization of international trademark filings and portfolios. Investigation and analysis of trademark and copyright infringement. Drafting cease and desist letters. Drafting license, settlement, coexistence, and assignment agreements involving trademarks and copyrights. Online counterfeit enforcement programs. Trademark and copyright litigation -with experience in drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Advertising, promotions and sweepstakes law. Copyright analysis and preparation and filing of copyright applications. Analysis of FDA regulations and food packaging. Analysis of privacy laws and compliance. Drafting website agreements, including privacy policies, terms of use, cookie policies, compliance with GDRP, CCPA. Legal research and drafting memorandums. Bar admission in at least one U.S. State, Connecticut and New York admissions a plus. Experience and competency of privacy law and FDA regulations a plus.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. Must have strong organizational, writing, verbal, and research skills.
