Senior Associate, Counsel, or Junior Partner

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate, counsel, or junior partner with 7 years of practical, transactional law experience, specifically with experience in real estate transactions. The candidate will handle Real Estate transactions in our robust Long-Term Health Care practice. Must have experience in taking the lead in negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, commercial leases, operation transfer agreements, and related agreements within the skilled nursing and assisted living facility fields. Should be familiar with all aspects of potential business transactions related to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investments.

The candidate should preferably have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
