Project Finance Attorney

Des Moines office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a project finance attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate must have extensive experience on federal income tax matters, with a strong emphasis on renewable energy investment, energy tax credits and government incentive programs, as well as transaction experience in representing power producers and investors in tax equity and leasing structures in the wind, solar, and renewable fuels industries. Must have an active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Must have excellent interpersonal, analytical and writing skills; strong academic background; J.D from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
