Washington D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks international trade associate attorney with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should have experience in some or all of the following: export controls, economic sanctions, CFIUS regulations, antidumping/countervailing duty cases, customs, FCPA counseling, and WTO/NAFTA issues. Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic performance is highly valued. Should preferably have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of ethics and conduct codes which are a requirement for the proper and legal practice of the law.
