Associate Attorney needed for Wayne office

Wayne office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 1-5 years of legal practice experience in collections or foreclosure. The candidate will be responsible for attending hearings and preparing documents filed with the court, including motions for relief from stay, proofs of claim, and objections to confirmation. Will be responsible for reviewing files as they are assigned and developing strategies for handling these files. Must have Admission to the PA State Bar. Knowledge of various corporate structures and arrangements and demonstrated ability to review and recommend alternatives is required.

The candidate should have a bachelors and Juris Doctor degree. The ability to manage a high file volume is required. Must be demonstrated a high level of ability to perform research and efficiently and effectively communicate results both verbally and written, including publications. A demonstrated ability to effectively assess and balance risks and make business decisions is required.
