San Francisco office of our client seeks a business immigration attorney with 2+ years of experience with PERM applications (I-90, N-400, I-485, N-565, I-765, and I-131). The candidate will join the immigrant visa team. Candidate will conduct Immigration-related research and utilize web-based management system such as INS Zoom, Tracker, or LawLogix as well as MS Excel and/or Google Docs.
The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and have an energetic attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
