Associate Attorney preferably with 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience. The candidate should preferably have Construction Litigation. Real estate litigation experience is a plus. Must have significant experience drafting a wide variety of motions and discovery and handling related hearings without immediate supervision. Must be Admitted to the California Bar.

The candidate should have a strong desire to continue the development of trial and litigation skills and, ultimately, the ability and motivation to handle cases as the lead attorney. Must have demonstrated leadership, business development, and client relationship skills are highly valued. Good time management skills and a strong work ethic are required. Excellent academic credentials are needed.
