Richmond office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will work with clients to ascertain their goals and honestly discuss the likelihood of meetings those goals. Will prepare normal filings, and settlement agreements, appear in court and negotiate with the opposing party. Must be an active member of the Virginia State Bar.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must have solid communication skills and problem-solving skills in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys.
