Senior Technology Transactions (IT) Associate Attorney

Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior technology transactions (IT) associate attorney with 7+ years of experience. The candidate will work on US intellectual property and commercial transactions for private UK and other European emerging technology companies. Will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution and partnering agreements. A technical or science background is beneficial. Must have extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial transactions and a keen interest in working with high-growth private emerging technology companies. Should behave active membership of a US State Bar.
