The candidate will work to defend public schools and other governmental entities on issues involving special education/disability rights litigation as well as provide advice and consultation to public schools in the area of special education/disability rights. Must be licensed in Texas. to help us continue our work. A background in special education as well as public speaking experience and strong interpersonal skills is a plus, as is experience representing governmental entities in federal litigation.
