Premises Liability Attorney

Manhattan office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a premises liability attorney with 3+ years of personal injury experience. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Guiding clients through the case process. Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association is required.

The candidate must have a Law degree from a fully accredited law school. The candidate must have the ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills are required. Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals with superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
