A law firm in Aventura, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney who will work closely with partners and senior associates to provide active mentoring, client contact, and exposure to the client development process. The ideal candidate will have graduated from an accredited law school and be an active member of the Bar or have recently taken the Bar Exam.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates to handle legal matters and provide client representation.
  • Devote time and energy to training, mentoring, and counseling on the client development process.
  • Conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and provided legal analysis on a wide range of issues.
  • Assist in case strategy development and implementation.
  • Participate in client meetings, hearings, and negotiations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Bar or recently taken the Bar Exam.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
