The candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Should have knowledge of and experience with health and welfare plans, tax qualified plans, executive compensation, fiduciary matters and transactional matters.

The candidate should be smart, imaginative and hard-working people with diverse backgrounds. Must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong research and analytical skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
