Banking/Finance Associate Attorney

Milwaukee office of an AmLaw firm seeks banking/finance associate attorney with 4-6 years of commercial and real estate finance experience. The candidate should have experience in representing both lenders and borrowers. Should preferably be familiar with all phases of finance transactions from loan origination to restructurings, reorganizations, and workouts. Experience drafting/negotiating loan and transaction documents, conducting diligence, and addressing title and relevant real estate issues are required. Admission to practice in Wisconsin is required.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.
