The candidate will take charge of cases, take an active role in developing and implementing legal strategy and takes pride in delivering exceptionally thorough and persuasive legal memoranda, analysis and reasoning. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. Prior prosecutorial experience is strongly preferred.
