Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-level labor and employment associate attorney with 3-6 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in all aspects of employment litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, preparing for and handling depositions, conducting witness interviews, motions, preparing EEOC position statements and responses to state agency charges, and experience in transactional employment work, including preparing arbitration, severance and other types of employment agreements and supporting the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies and assisting clients with employment training programs is also desired. Ability and experience to work in traditional labor matters is a plus. Should have NJ/PA Bar admission (or the ability to obtain/waive-in).
