A law firm seeks an experienced and versatile Senior Litigation and Transactional Attorney to join its established legal team in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

  • Represent clients in litigation matters related to business disputes, real estate conflicts, and probate cases.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents for business and real estate matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and transactional decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and provide proactive legal counsel.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, from initial filings through trial and resolution.
  • Advise clients on business formation, governance, and transactional matters.
  • Participate in both litigation and transactional aspects of complex real estate and business cases.
  • Work independently while also contributing to collaborative team efforts within the firm.
  • Maintain clear and accurate client communication and case records.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling litigation and transactional matters, specifically in business law, real estate, and probate.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases from inception through resolution, both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong legal writing and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex legal issues into clear client advice.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in contributing to firm growth and client development.
  • Some existing client base is welcomed, but not mandatory.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar license (Required).
