The ideal candidate must have general transactional experience with a commercial lending, commercial real estate and corporate background. Preferred prior experience includes: representation of banks, credit unions and other financiers in commercial loan and other corporate finance transactions, and drafting commercial loan documents; commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and zoning/planning board hearings; and drafting corporate and organizational documents. Must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate must have a strong academic record; excellent oral and written communication skills and a keen attention to detail; the ability to manage multiple and diverse projects.
