Associate Attorney needed for Saint Cloud office

Saint Cloud office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney, preferably with 0-5 years of experience. The candidate will join Business and Employment Practice. Must have an interest in business planning; entity selection, formation, and governance; contract review; employment contract review; employment law compliance; and commercial real estate.

The candidate should have excellent writing and drafting skills and an ability to work in a collaborative team environment. A willingness to become involved in the Central Minnesota community is preferred.
