Labor and Employment Law Attorney

The candidate will work counseling clients on regulatory compliance, day-to-day human resource management strategies and tactics, recruitment, retention and termination of employees, implementation of appropriate handbook and employment policy documents, and defense of clients in litigation and administrative proceedings. Must be licensed (or willing and able to become licensed) and in good standing to practice law in the state of Michigan.
