Fort Washington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks bankruptcy attorney with experience. The candidate will manage bankruptcy routine matters; draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter; attend scheduled hearings; respond to general firm-wide bankruptcy inquiries; and other duties as assigned. Will review filings on behalf of the clients. Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs). Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of Claim, etc. Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel, and the Court. Should have knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws. Must have computer literacy professionalism. Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and relevant local rules within the various bankruptcy courts in Florida is essential. Knowledge of general Creditors' Rights law and relevant state laws is also necessary. Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy cases is preferred. Must be Barred in Pennsylvania. Should be Admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. Should have a Law degree - JD.
