Boise office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks natural resources associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience for its Environment, Land Use and Natural Resources practice. The candidate will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with agency officials and industry associations and will have the opportunity to work on interesting, long-term projects with established clients. Will serve a variety of complex and cutting-edge issues pertaining to mining, environmental, and regulatory issues. Should have experience with environmental and natural resource issues, particularly mining and public lands matters. Agency experience or a technical compliance background preferred. Should have active membership in Idaho.

The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance. Should have strong intellectual curiosity; self-motivation; solution-oriented; a commitment to client service and team success. Should have JD degree from an accredited university.
