Junior Litigation Associate Attorney

Miami office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior litigation associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience. The candidate will manage cases from their inception, collaborate with team members, and assist in forming case strategies. Will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and will also be responsible for attending hearings and case management conferences. Should have an active, hands-on role in all aspects of litigation, and gain valuable courtroom experience. Law review, moot court, or trial team experience is preferred. Experience managing a large case load is preferred. Experience handling Florida No-Fault (PIP) cases is preferred.

The candidate should have superior academic credentials, superb organizational and analytical skills and be detail-oriented.
