Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Fort Lauderdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm, an employment litigation associate attorney with 4-5 years of experience. The candidate will be working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediation. Will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. Also, have the opportunity to educate clients through learning programs geared to guide them through challenging moments with their business using unique technology platforms. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.
