The candidate must have extremely good legal writing and research skills. Must have a high level of proficiency in Word, and Clio Law Office Management Software. Must have a high level of knowledge in Nevada Divorce and Child Custody Law. Must have a high level of knowledge in Criminal Defense and procedure. Must have a high level of knowledge of rules of discovery and discovery deadlines. Must have the ability to handle Clients in a professional and caring manner during times of stress.
