Duties

  • Represent renewable energy clients in complex real property transactions.
  • Conduct legal research and draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents.
  • Advise clients on title matters, zoning, land use, and other real estate-related legal issues.
  • Collaborate with team members across practices to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Stay informed on real estate legislation and industry trends impacting clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate law.
  • Proficiency in title matters; experience with renewable energy development is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality client service.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
