Tax Associate Attorney

Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a tax associate attorney with 3 years of tax experience. The candidate will be advising clients on tax planning, compliance, and other general corporate matters. Experience in tax aspects of corporate transactions, including partnership transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructurings. An LLM in tax is strongly preferred. Must have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
