Minneapolis office of our client seeks mass tort litigation attorney with 2+ years of legal experience working with plaintiff-side complex personal injury, medical malpractice or mass tort claims. The candidate will be drafting and responding to discovery requests, researching and writing memoranda and motions, client management, reviewing and summarizing medical records, taking and defending depositions, and a wide variety of other tasks associated with complex tort litigation and trials. Should have experience taking and defending depositions, research and writing, managing clients.

Should have exceptional litigation skills.

This national litigation firm has offices in Atlanta, Boston, New York, Naples, Los Angeles and Minneapolis. About 10 attorneys work with the firm in the areas of business transactions, business litigation, technology litigation and intellectual property, and insurance and catastrophic loss.
