St Charles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience, preferably in the areas of commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense. The candidate will review discovery responses and document production to evaluate completeness of same and identify additional areas for discovery or follow up with the opposing party. Will take and defend depositions. Draft/revise various pre-trial motions, including motions in limine and to strike, as well as dispositive motions. Legal research projects and medical record review; and assist with drafting/revising direct and cross-examination outlines. Must be licensed to practice in Missouri or sitting for the Missouri Bar Exam.
