Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks corporate attorney with 2-8 years of experience with venture capital financing transactions. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of transactions for emerging companies, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and venture capital financings. Must have additional experience in any of the following areas: mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, partnerships/LLCs, commercial transactions.
