Warrington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks default/bankruptcy associate attorney with 10+ years of experience. The candidate drafts legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions and orders. Researches and analyzes statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, codes and the like. Updates case management system in a timely manner to ensure data integrity. Travels to court and clients, as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned. Works in conjunction and collaboration with the compliance team. Supports the management team and leads the development of associate attorneys. Provides oversight to ensure proper handling of all casework. Must have litigation skills. Default experience with lenders and mortgage services in the state of practice, preferred. Experience in client systems used in default services, such as Black Knight, TEMPO, Vendorscape preferred. Previous experience with electronic case management systems, especially CaseAware preferred. Knowledge of laws related to practice areas, legal codes and court procedures essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook and Word. Should have Bar Admission, active and in good standing in the required state for the required number of years.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school. Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients. Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, and able to positively interact and collaborate with clients and employees at all levels. Must be flexible, self-directed, and motivated. Outstanding organizational skills essential.
